Workshop Pattern Design Astratto - Corso di base
Attenzione - questa sessione sarà fatta nel mio studio in Italia!
Dato che abbiamo flessibilità con il tempo e lo spazio a disposizione, ho pensato di creare una lezione più esaustiva sul pattern design, che può anche essere ripetuta nel tempo se si desidera ampliare le proprie conoscenze sul tema, arricchire il proprio database e migliorare la nostra tecnica. Il workshop ha quindi l’intenzione di poter farvi tornare ogni volta che desiderate, creando degli incontri mensili o bimestrali, in base alle disponibilità di ognuno.
Sessione mattutina - Introduzione e “allenamento” (3 ore)
Durante questa sessione vi darò consigli su come creare le vostre schede di pattern, perfette da consultare ogni volta che vi serve. Condividerò con voi informazioni utili per “creare regole” e ricordare nel tempo i vostri pattern preferiti. Dovremo inoltre “allenare” le nostre mani usando una biro e carta. Esploreremo insieme il mondo dei pattern, iniziando il nostro percorso nel creare le schede di consultazione che ci guideranno nella sessione pomeridiana.
Sessione pomeridiana - Colori e composizione (3 ore)
Questa sessione sarà tutta dedicata alla combinazione dei nostri pattern con il colore, attraverso la mia tecnica a strati “o livelli”. Vi guiderò nella ricerca della palette ideale per create una combinazione perfetta ed equilibrata, dove applicheremo le nostre conoscenze base imparate durante la mattinata per elaborare una composizione di pattern vivace e coerente.

Abstract Pattern Design - Beginners class
Important - this event will be done in my studio in Italy!
This session has more flexibility in terms of time and space available, and can be repeated anytime you want and need in the future. The goal is to keep training in order to gain more confidence, enrich your database and improve your technique. This workshop is suitable to anyone, and if you want to come back, you are welcome to repeat it based on your needs.
Morning Session - Basics and Training (3 hours)
During this session I will give you tips on making pattern cards, perfect to stack together and take out when needed. I will also share some useful info to “create rules” in order to remember a specific pattern. This part of the class is all about training our hands - using a pen and a piece of paper, we will dig into the beauty of pattern making, in order to create our little database to use as a starting point for the afternoon session.
Afternoon session - Colours and Composition (3 hours)
This session is all about combining patterns and colours together using my layered technique, to create the perfect match.I will guide you through the journey on understanding and applying the basics learned during the morning session, to complete your own pattern composition.
