Landscape Patterns - New!
This is my first event that will be focused on landscapes and patterns. Let's dig into the wonders of what surrounds us, and transform them into eye catchy modular elements. The sessions will have the same teaching roots of abstract patterns, but this time will be inspired by landscapes. Wild nature, cities, the underworld, fields, gardens - we can also look outside the window to find inspiration!
Morning Session - Basics and Training (2 hours)
During this session I will give you tips on making pattern cards, perfect to stack together and take out when needed. I will also share some useful info to “create rules” in order to remember a specific pattern.
This part of the class is all about training our hands - using a pen and a piece of paper, we will dig into the beauty of pattern making, in order to create our little database to use as a starting point for the afternoon session.
Afternoon session - Colours and Composition (3 hours)
This session is all about combining patterns and colours together using my layered technique, to create the perfect match.I will guide you through the journey on understanding and applying the basics learned during the morning session, to complete your own pattern composition.
Important Notes
- All materials are provided, but you can bring your own sketchbook if you want
- Tasty lunch is included in the tickets (from 1 to 3 pm)
- Prices are set in Euros because my shop is based in Italy (conversion in US dollars will look an approximation).

In a sound bath, the energetic vibrations relax and restore the mind and body into a parasympathetic state of rest and digest.
A sound bath:

Deepens meditation and mindfulness: Sound can guide brainwaves into deeper meditative states (theta/delta).

What to Expect:
- A soothing blend of singing bowls, movement, breathing, chanting, and gentle vibrations to calm the mind and body.
- Guided relaxation to help you settle into a state of deep peace and stillness.
- A restorative experience that supports stress relief, clarity, and emotional balance.
How to Prepare:
- Bring a mat and blanket and wear cozy clothing and socks. Simply lie back, breathe, and let the vibrations wash over you
- No experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to receive. Join me for this soul-nourishing journey and embrace the harmony within.
